From an empty wall to a working growing system.
The term turnkey means what it says. We survey, design, fabricate, install, seed and commission. We train your team. We come back every week. The only thing you need to do on installation day is open the door.
The timeline from first contact to first harvest is typically two to three weeks, depending on the complexity of the installation and the lead time for any bespoke fabrication. We'll give you a specific timeline during the design phase.
What happens when.
Initial Conversation
We talk through your space, your menu or purpose, and your expectations. This is a no-obligation call or meeting — we want to understand your situation before proposing anything. If a hydroponic system is not the right fit, we will say so.
Site Survey
One of our technicians visits your location in Warsaw or Kraków. We measure the available space, assess existing electrical and water infrastructure, note ambient temperature and airflow, and photograph the installation area. This visit takes around an hour.
System Design
We produce a design document including a dimensioned layout drawing, a plant species list, LED specification, nutrient dosing configuration and a service schedule. You review and approve before we begin fabrication. Changes at this stage cost nothing.
Fabrication
The rack structure is fabricated to the approved dimensions. LED arrays are wired and tested. The nutrient reservoir and dosing unit are configured for your plant species. Everything arrives at your site ready to assemble.
Installation Day
Our installation team arrives with all components, tools and fixings. The rack is assembled and secured, LEDs are connected, the nutrient system is plumbed and commissioned. Seedlings are placed in growing channels. The system is tested and signed off. Most installations complete within a single working day.
Staff Training
We spend time with your kitchen team or relevant staff. We cover harvesting technique, what healthy plants look like, what to do if something seems wrong and how to carry out basic replanting between our weekly visits. Training is practical and hands-on.
Weekly Service Visits
A technician visits every week. They check root health, test and adjust nutrient concentration, inspect LED output, replace spent trays with fresh seedlings and carry out any minor maintenance. The visit typically takes 30 to 45 minutes. You do not need to be present, though we are happy to answer questions when you are.
What the system is made of.
Modular Rack Structure
Powder-coated steel frame with adjustable shelf positions. Designed to fit standard commercial kitchen and lobby dimensions. Can be expanded with additional modules if your needs grow.
Full-Spectrum LED Arrays
Tuned to the wavelengths that drive photosynthesis in leafy herbs and microgreens. Mounted above each growing channel on adjustable brackets. Timer-controlled for consistent photoperiod.
Automated Nutrient Dosing
A reservoir-and-pump system circulates nutrient solution through the growing channels on a timed cycle. The dosing unit monitors and adjusts concentration automatically between our weekly visits.
Growing Media and Seedlings
We use food-safe inert growing media. Seedlings are supplied by us at installation and replaced during weekly visits. You do not need to source plants independently.
